We were founded as a remote company in 2012 and will always be remote first. Work from anywhere you want (that even includes our office if you’re into that sort of thing).

Async work, real interactions

We see asynchronous work as a chance to save time, have a more flexible schedule, and take control of our work processes. However, we are still people at work, and we strongly believe in the importance of real-life interactions or video calls for our one-on-one meetings, brainstorming sessions, and building strong, lasting relationships.
